I emailed several times for support and never got a response. Somehow stumbled across this page, so yep: please add a contact form to your website so us customers can contact you (email is notoriously unreliable). Love yep and the direction it's going. Keep it up guys! 👍

There is always a contact form on your homepage which goes straight to our support.

Anyway, thanks for the feedback!

I found the Get Support button but to find it you have to edit a page and click on Menu - this is not easy to find. There should be a prominent button on the main page or the menu when a user is logged in. Please improve UX, this wasted a lot of time.
