I have been trying to reach support for over a week. We all need to reach out to Appsumo support and have them reach out to them on our behalf.

Yep Team If Yep is down, it would be nice to get an email advising of such so we don't find out on our own like that. And getting a follow up email of when it is back up would be good communication.
Is the feedback section here on the Canny page the best or only way to get a response to a concern? This is a genuine question.
I sent a message via the in-app messenger on yep, did you receive it? It was about 2 weeks ago.

What is your preferred method of sending questions and concerns? And what is the expected turn around time? It is not displayed anywhere. Not on your home page, Facebook page or anywhere else. I reached out to Appsumo after not receiving a response, which coincidentally coincided with the site outage.

Yep Team what is the preferred email? I sent a support message 5 days ago about content not generating and didn't receive any response.
I'm assuming this DNS issue is also to blame?
Really don't think it's too much to ask to broadcast outages.
